Schedule a time

When can we schedule time to have one of our engineers connect remotely to confirm that your devices as secured and up to date? If confirmed, we will take this opportunity to help you set up the remote access program(s). The security confirmation process takes about 2-3 minutes per device. The setup of the remote access takes about 5-10 minutes per device. If you only need us to set up one device to connect from, as an example, it'll take about 10-15 minutes to complete, assuming the security check is completed successfully, and depends on the speed of your computer and internet speed. Note that you will be required to give us remote access using our remote support program called AnyDesk (you can read about the security of AnyDesk on www.AnyDesk.com).
