A little about Frankie:
Frankie has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He started as a Level 1 Support Agent in 1996 and has since moved into roles as IT Administrator, Sr. Server and Storage Engineer at Bank of America, and IT Manager for two MSP startups and an Association Management company. Over the years. Frankie has come to understand there is a balance needed between technical skills and customer service skills in order to provide the best service for his clients. Blending empathy and humanity with his technical skills, Frankie’s goal is to be “The Guy” for his clients, a trusted service provider with which they can build a lasting relationship.
Outside of the IT world, Frankie enjoys just about any creative pursuit, but his main passion is making music. His band “The Cold Front”, is his foremost creative outlet. He, and two of his best friends, have been writing and recording original music since 2022. Aside from music, Frankie enjoys cooking, gardening, crafting items with his 3D printers and laser engraver, photography, and video production and he runs an Etsy store with his wife, Dana.
Frankie is a U.S. Navy brat who joined the U.S. Air Force just after high school and served 4 years stationed at Wurtsmith AFB in Michigan. He is a veteran of Operations Desert Sheild and Desert Storm. He now resides in Arizona with his wife Dana, their one dog, Sookie and their two cats, “Piper” and “Crowley”.
