OCC emails were configured quite a few years ago using a 3rd party Email service, and it was decided, in order to enhance efficiency and security, that we’ll be migrating your email service the Microsoft365 cloud.
This migration will take place on 05/18/2022 and you MUST perform these next steps on that same day, or YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT WILL NOT WORK:
- If you have your company email configured on your mobile device(s) (such as cell phone and tablet), please follow the instructions on this PDF, explaining how to re-configure your email account on your mobile device.
- If you are using Outlook on a Windows computer (INSIDE & OUTSIDE your cloud server), please follow the instructions on this PDF, which will explain you how to configure new Outlook Profile.
- For Microsoft PC users only: If you have Outlook rules that needs to be moved into the new account, please follow this procedure: https://support.intermedia.com/app/articles/detail/a_id/10084/kw/backup
- For Microsoft PC users only: If you are relying on the Outlook Autocomplete for your contact list (See figure1) perform this procedure: https://support.intermedia.com/app/articles/detail/a_id/10101/kw/populate
- If you are using the Microsoft Outlook on your MacOS, please follow the instructions on this PDF, to configure new outlook profile.
Possible issues that may occur after the process is completed:
- Emails sent internally (within the organization) will fail to deliver and will return an NDR (Non-Delivery-Report).
