Referral fees overview – 2025
Thank you for introducing me to your peers and helping me grow Gallop Technology Group! To show my appreciation, I want to offer you a referral fee for both appointments with new prospects you introduce to us, as well as a commission payment when those become our clients.
When you are ready to sign up as a referral partner to receive commission for your introductions, please scroll to the bottom of this page and e-sign this agreement.
Simple Appointment Referral Fees:
- A company with 10 to 60 employees – $100 immediate referral fee
- A company with 60 or more employees – $200 immediate referral fee
- Regardless of the outcome of these meetings, you’ll get paid for that introduction!
- BONUS: Your referral gets a free Cyber Security audit for their business (normally between $1800 and $3600)!
The monthly services commission:
- We will pay you 7% commission on your referrals’ total monthly service plan!
- Paid over the first year of their engagement, each month.
- Monthly plans are typically $2,000 to $15,000 per month. You’ll make 7% of that amount each month!
Important considerations:
- To earn referral fees for appointments, those appointments must be qualified appointments, with a qualified prospect:
- A qualified prospect: Someone who can make IT decisions (usually office manager, CFO, managing partner, owner), wants to discuss at least one of our Qualified services (see below), and is from a company we haven’t serviced or have been in contact with in the past 6 months.
- A qualified appointment: A face-to-face meeting (or a virtual meeting if outside AZ), with a qualified prospects (not their assistant, etc.).
- A qualified service: Below is the list of our services. On the left are the services that we will pay commission for, both for the appointments, and for the monthly services. The list on the right does not qualify for commission/ fees:

FAQ’s
- Am I committed to any “minimums”?
- No, there are no minimums. You don’t have to make any introductions. You can introduce us to one person a year, or to 10 people each month… it’s 100% up to you.
- When do I get paid?
- You’ll get paid within 10 business days from the appointment time and 10 business days from the client’s monthly payment to us.
- How do I get paid?
- We use Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or Credit Card to pay you.
- Do I get employee benefits or other perks?
- No, this is a “1099” relationship. You’re not an employee of Gallop Technology Group, so there are no employee benefits included.
- Can I send you an unlimited number of leads?
- Yes, but we have limitations on how many new clients we can meet with/onboard at a given time. If you introduce us to too many people at once, we might ask you to pause or slow down.
- Will you tell anyone that I’m earning a referral fee or commission?
- No, this relationship is between you and Gallop Technology Group, and we won’t share it with anyone else.
- How much commission can I expect to be paid?
- The appointment flat referral fee is listed above. Monthly service prices vary between clients based on their network topography, location, servers, security status, etc.
- For example, a company with 20 employees paying $200/user/month will pay $4000/month for services. Your commission is 7% of that amount, which is $280/month for a full year ($280 x 12 = $3,360 in this example).
- Do you pay commission on project work or one-time service calls?
- We only pay commission for monthly service plans and appointments.
- Can Gallop Technology Group cancel this agreement?
- Both parties can terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason. Any compensation already owed to you will be paid as agreed upon, and any new meeting or referral within the first 6 months following the termination date will still qualify for referral fees and be paid based on the original agreed fees.
- How do I make a referral or connect Gallop Technology Group with a lead?
- You can refer leads by copying (CC) or blind-copying (BCC) Beits Livneh BeitsLivneh@GallopTechGroup.com on an initial introduction email, sending Beits a copy of an email you already sent to your contact, or emailing Beits the name of the company/person you plan on referring.
- What happens if someone has already been referred to Gallop Technology Group or is one of Gallop’s existing/previous clients?
- If you’re not sure about a potential referral, contact Beits and he’ll check if that contact is in our system already. If your referral is already in our system under our previous clients’ list or another referral source, you may not earn commission from that referral unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- What if my referral is a no-show to the meeting or sends someone else who’s not a decision-maker?
- We can’t pay the appointment referral fee if the appointment is not a “qualified” one. However- if that referral becomes a client, you WILL get paid the monthly fees commission.
- What if the client cancels the service plan during the first year?
- We only pay commission based on the amount collected from the client each month. If the monthly fee goes up, down, or is canceled altogether, the fees will be a percentage of that amount.
- A canceled plan will have no commission since there’s no payment from the client.
