- Server operating system software maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- License and monitoring of virus / malware protection software for the covered servers.
- Support for Business productivity software such as QuickBooks, Adobe, and Timeslips.
- Priority/Response time for qualified urgent support requests.
- Domain management, creating user accounts and groups, reset passwords, unlock domain accounts, and file/folder permissions.
- Remote printing and scanning, which may require optional 3rd party software.
- Daily backup and replication performed nightly.
- Backups are kept for a minimum of 30 days with the option to store backups for up to 7 years.
