Support for Business productivity software such as QuickBooks, Adobe, and Timeslips.
Priority/Response time for qualified urgent support requests.
Domain management, creating user accounts and groups, reset passwords, unlock domain accounts, and file/folder permissions.
Remote printing and scanning, which may require optional 3rd party software.
Daily backup and replication performed nightly.
Backups are kept for a minimum of 30 days with the option to store backups for up to 7 years.
