Gallop Technology Group: Adding ACH Payment to Billing

Effective December 2023, Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments will become the primary method by which we accept and process all payments.
Clients who already have ACH information listed as payment methods on our billing portal- your charges will be processed using ACH instead of Credit card automatically, effective the above date.
For clients who don’t yet have ACH information on our billing portal, please consider adding it to avoid the new 3% Credit Card surcharge which will be assessed to ALL credit card charges, effective December 2023.
As a reminder, Gallop Technology Group does not charge any fees or surcharges to payments processed using ACH.

Gallop Technology Group is updating our payment system to allow, effective December 2023, for Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments to become the primary method by which we accept and process all payments,

For clients who don’t yet have ACH information on our billing portal, please read below and consider adding it, to avoid the new Credit Card surcharge.
As a reminder, Gallop Technology Group does not charge any fees or surcharges to payments processed using ACH.

While ACH will be our primary and default method of accepting payments, we understand that some clients may strongly prefer to pay for their items and services by credit card, and we will accommodate that preference.
However, effective December 2023, we will begin assessing a 3% surcharge to all credit card transactions, subject to and in accordance with the laws of your respective location.

To avoid the 3% credit card surcharge effective December 2023, if you haven’t already done so, please visit our billing portal to add your ACH payment method information at your earliest convenience, instead of, or on top of the Credit Card that’s listed there currently.
The process of adding ACH takes less than 2 minutes.

If you already have ACH as a payment method, please still visit our billing portal to confirm that the ACH information is correct.

Switching to ACH as our preferred payment method adds an additional level of security by leveraging encrypted bank-to-bank transactions to help protect against criminal or fraudulent activity.
Gallop Technology Group adheres to the PCI DSS standard, which is the security standard governing the payment card industry, and we apply the same strict measures to processing ACH as we do to credit cards.

2. After logging in to the portal from the main login Dashboard, click on “NEW” on the “Payment Methods” section.

3. Select “Bank Account” and click on “Next”

4. Complete the required fields and on the last screen check the authorization checkbox and select “Submit”
