CONFIGURING OFFICE 365 ACCOUNT – IOS

  1. If you have a current email account set up, follow the next steps to remove it prior to configuring it.
    If you are doing a FRESH configuration, skip to step #4.
  2. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > select the account you have already setup.
  3. Click Delete Account, then click on Delete from My iPhone. Next, skip to step #5.
  4. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts
  5. Select Add Account.
  6. Click on Microsoft Exchange.
  7. On Email enter your email address, you can add a description to make it easier for you to identify the account. Then click on
    Next.
  8. Click on Sign In and it will request you to sign in with your office 365 password.
  9. It will ask for permissions, click on Accept at the bottom right.
  10. Next, you can select which items to sync (Normally you would sync them all). After selection, click Save and your account
    would be added.

CONFIGURING OFFICE 365 ACCOUNT – ANDROID – GMAIL APP

  1. If you have a current email account set up, follow the next steps to remove it prior to configuring it.
    If you are doing a FRESH configuration, skip to step #7.
  2. Open the Gmail application, on the top right of the screen you should see your current Gmail account initials in a circle.
    Click on it and select “Manage accounts on this device”
  3. Select the email account you have already set up.
  4. Click Remove account
  5. Confirm the removal of the account by clicking Remove.
  6. Click on Add account, select “Exchange” where it has a small icon of the Gmail app and skip to step #9.
  7. Open the Gmail application, on the top right of the screen you should see your current Gmail account initials in a circle.
    Click on it and select “Add another account”.
  8. Select “Exchange and Office 365”
  9. Enter your email address and click next.
  10. Sign in using your credentials.
  11. It will ask for permissions, click on Accept at the bottom right.
  12. Click on Next and the account will be set up.
