Closing the cloud session using the X on the top of the remote desktop program, does NOT log you off and does not “refresh” your connection to the server.
Here is how you SHOULD log off:
1. Make sure you close all your open programs/ files etc., to avoid data loss
2. Click on the WINDOWS icon
3. Click on the “person” icon
4. Click on SIGN OUT.
