How to send an encrypted email on Outlook

To send an encrypted email you need to have a Microsoft Outlook App or an Outlook Web Access (OWA). Here are the steps:

1. Open Outlook and start a New Email

2. On the ribbon bar, press Options

3. Select Encrypt (be sure to press the lock symbol and not the arrow underneath)

4. In case you clicked the arrow, please select Encrypt-Only

5. Your message is now encrypted!
