Microsoft Licensing Portal

Microsoft Licensing Portal Access Information

Important- if you prefer to call us and provide us with your credit card over the phone, instead of following the below instructions, please feel free to call 480-614-4227 x 1, and we’ll do it for you over the phone to save you the below steps!

Since we took over the billing of your Microsoft account, and you will not be paying Microsoft anymore for your licenses (instead, you will be billed by us, so we have better control over any overages and license synchronization), we require that you enter your credit card information in our new licensing billing portal.

To access your Microsoft Licensing Portal in order to update your billing information (and perform other tasks) :

  1. Go to https://controlpanel.msoutlookonline.net/Portal/User/Login
  2. Log in using your Email address and the password you created for that portal.
    • If you don’t remember , or need to create a password, use the “forgot password” link on that page
  3. When logged in, click on ACCOUNT (on the top) and COMPANY & BILLING INFORMATION
  4. Fill in your full company information, and change the payment method to “Credit Card”
  5. Save your changes, and fill in the below form to let us know you completed this task please:

FAQ’s:

  1. Will the charges be the same?
    • Yes.
  2. Will I be able to still contact Microsoft support on my own?
    • Yes.
  3. Will anything change with my abilities to use the services, or will this affect anything I’m currently using?
    • No. There is no interruption of service.
  4. Will I be able to take over my account billing and move it back to Microsoft at any point?
    • Yes. You have full control and can un-do this change at any point, by any admin on your account
  5. Why do you change this?
    • With this new change, we can access Microsoft support directly to a higher level engineer
    • This move helps us support your billing accuracy, and manage your licenses easier.
  6. How does that affect me?
    • Till now, if you wanted to add/ remove Microsoft licenses, you had to do it on the Microsoft portal. Starting today, you will control any Microsoft licenses thru this admin portal
  7. Can i set up other admins to help with billing/ licenses purchase?
    • Yes. when you log in to this admin portal you’ll be able to add “contacts” from the ACCOUNT menu on the top of the page:
