Dear client, As posted on our newsletter at the end of 2024, for the first time since 2020, our hourly rate and trip charges have changed effective January 1st 2025, as follow: Hourly rate during business hours: $180/ hour. Minimum half-hour for remote support, and minimum 1 hour for on-site services. Hourly rate outside our normal business hours: $270/ hour. Minimum 1 hour for remote support, and minimum 2 hours for on-site services. Trip charge: $60 to most areas around major cities across the US. (Some areas may have a higher trip charge. We will quote that charge to you before making a trip.)
