ACESDV works with the Arizona Department of Health (DOH) to help aid victims of sexual and domestic violence. CEO Juana Galeno connected with Gallop Technology Group to help switch to more of a hybrid system of accessing files between the AZ DOH and ACESDV.
Challenge
Files were inaccessible unless using the server, which made it difficult to easily work with and update the information being stored. In addition, there was no cloud access to files.
Solution
Gallop Technology Group offers only the most secure solutions, and for ACESDV, a system was designed and implemented that would keep paramount information security while allowing the flexibility to access files remotely, is cloud-based, and has VPN security.
Outcome
With Gallop’s solution in place, now:
• 95% of work can be done remotely
• Files can be securely accessed via the cloud
• Quarterly meetings occur to inform ACESDV of security updates and to address any concerns
“We would certainly recommend Gallop’s services! The experience has been very beneficial and the solutions they implemented allow us to work more efficiently and effectively. ” ~ Juana Galeno
