All data was backed up by you (not your GTG…) and moved to the server as needed. Data on this user’s PC / user profile on the server is not needed anymore. Copy the “My Documents”, “Desktop” and other personal data folders (like pictures and videos) to the server, so we can access it later as needed. After this is done- DELETE that data from the user’s computer. How do you want to handle the physical disposal of the equipment? I want you to pick up this computer and physically dispose of it (recycle). (note that additional charges may apply) GTG will leave the computer for you to use in the future, but will REINSTALL the OS on this computer, so it’s running faster, with no leftover information from the old user (note that a “new PC setup” charge will apply, along with trip charge/ courier service, unless you drop off this computer at our drop off location). Choosing this option will take a few days to complete and will require for us to have access to all programs/ licenses that you will need to have reinstalled. GTG will replace this computer’s HARD DRIVE with a new drive, and reinstall all programs (fees will apply), so you can store this hard drive for legal/ archive/ forensics reasons (future data access).
