Quickbooks Maintenance Request

We recommend that our clients perform a DAILY manual backup of QuickBooks on their own. Even though we backup our cloud servers every night with a top-of-the-line backup/ disaster recovery software, the built-in backup solution inside the program itself is far more reliable than any other backup solution. QuickBooks is never “closed” – meaning- the database is always running in the background (unlike a word document for example- where once you save and close a file- it’s not in use anymore by the computer). Hence the reason we recommend that you perform your own backups every day. Just in case.
