NOTE- This service is available at no cost to most of our clients on an active monthly plan with Gallop Technology Group. If your company is not qualified for this service, we will notify you and request approval for any billable work, prior to any work being done.

We will START the process within 1 HOUR or less from the time you chose here. The process might take up to 2 hours to complete. Your computer(s) must be turned on, and laptops must be plugged in.

The cleanup request must be for during business hours, and not during holidays or weekends. Business hours are posted on the "contact us" page on our website

Gallop Technology Group will NOT be contacting me to confirm the start time or provide updates. The process will start within up to 1 hour of the time I chose above, once Gallop Technology Group confirmed it.

Gallop Technology Group will NOT clean up my recycle-bin, and I should do it myself to clean up space on the hard drive

This is a script-based process and not performed manually by a human, therefor- the START of the process will be sometime during a 1 hour window starting the time I chose above, and will last for up to 2 hours.

I CAN, but SHOULD NOT use the computer(s) while they are being cleaned up/ maintained. Gallop Technology Group recommends to NOT use the computers during the maintenance time
