If the process lasts after normal business hours, we will bill for the time it took to complete the current file we've been working on at that time, but will NOT start another file if it's "after hours" already.

Only perform a local backup my Quickbooks Data File(s) listed below.
Perform QB Update to the latest RELEASE, but keep the same version (23,24, etc)
Perform QB Update to the latest VERSION (Upgrade from 2023 to 2024 for example)
Perform Database maintenance / Indexing

VERSION UPGRADE:

In order for us to perform a full version upgrade, we need to make sure we have your Intuit Account login information, which is sometimes protected with 2 factor authentication that sends a code to your phone. We'll need you to be available at the time of upgrade please, to accept that login. Our engineer will coordinate with you accordingly.

IMPORTANT!

DO NOT include your QuickBooks data file credentials here or send it via email. Once we receive your form submission, we will send you an encrypted email where you will be requested to reply with the admin user and password for the QuickBooks data file.

I understand that it is MY responsibility, and not GTG, to make sure that ALL users are out of Quickbooks, and ideally logged off the server during the maintenance time I requested above.
I understand that the maintenance can be done at no cost only during GTG business hours. Any work requested and done outside business hours, will be billable at the after hours rate of $225/ hour, with a minimum of 1 hour.
I will provide GTG a valid Quickbooks Admin username and password. I understand that GTG will not be able to perform any maintenance if I didn't provide GTG with each Quickbooks company file's username and password of an administrator account. This is NOT the same username and password as your server password or your Intuit.com account. GTG will send an encrypted Email to gather those passwords from me..
I tested the username and password of the Admin account I sent GTG, for each company file.
I understand that the above requested time/ date is not confirmed till I got a confirmation via Email from an GTG engineer, that the time/ date is approved.
I understand that each of the requested services might take between 15 to 30 minutes, and a server reboot might be required to complete the process.
